CENTRAL FLORIDA! Five minutes from downtown Deland and Stetson University. Ten minutes from DeLeon and Blue springs. Thirty minutes from Daytona and New Smyrna beach. One hour from Orlando, Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Valcano Bay, Wet 'n Wild, Discovery Cove, Fun Spot America, Gatorland, WonderWorks, Aquatica, Cocoa beach, and St. Augustine. Two hours from Tampa, Jacksonville, and Gainesville. Four hours from Tallahassee, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami beach.

The house has a gated PRIVATE POOL with floats for the entire family, and an outdoor screen room perfect for PICNICS. There is a FULL KITCHEN that has everything you will need for cooking, including a microwave, coffee maker, stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. We also offer free coffee, tea, sugar, powder creamer, pancake batter, and syrup to get you started. There are plenty of BEDS to sleep 10 people comfortably, including 2 king beds and a queen bed, a spare rollaway twin cot, 2 blow up mattresses, and 2 full length couches. There is a WASHER and DRYER for stays over a week. The FIREPLACE is only to be used when instructed first. There is satellite TV, as well as Roku that connects to Netflix, Hulu, etc. on both TVs. We use KEYLESS ENTRY to make it easier on our guests, so arriving late will not be a problem.

ملخص: This listing says there are 3 bathrooms - when you get to the property, there are only 2 bathrooms. Prior to arrival I confirmed with owner that the pool would be cleaned before we arrived but it was not cleaned until the day before our departure so was unable to use this. There were also dead bugs in the closet and mold in the showers. There was no hot water but mildly warm water. The listing mentions this house can sleep 12 people but clearly only has 3 actual beds. The kitchen fan does not work so when cooking even the simplest thing like eggs, the entire house smokes up. The fridge had expired items in it from a prior rental. Sheets were not fresh, had to buy our own sheets from a nearby store. No disinfectants were provided even though COVID-19 was taking place. Owner was rude and tried to blame an already broken window blind on us threatening to do into the damage deposit. Paying a high price for a two bedroom, pool-less, old house was not worth it. Owner totally misrepresented the property with an unaccommodating terrible attitude that from my first experience has turned me off from VRBO and HomeAway in the future.
