Pendleton Park apartments is a very nice small complex consisting of 3 attach buildings with a total of 20 units,situated in the heart of downtown.
Very quite and peaceful the ideal place to relax after a long day at work or perfect if you work from home.
Our tenants consist of a diversification between local retirees and out of state professionals.
The space
Walking distance to restaurants and small boutiques, and 5 minutes from various shopping centers.
Across the street from lake Eustis and a very nice walkway with the most amazing sunsets.
Also a great place to fish if you like freshwater fishing. There is a community pool with walking distance and a playground across the street if you have children. A very quite place if you need peace and at the same time if you need action there is Mt.Dora down the street with all the little boutiques, specialty restaurants and always some type of event going on.
We are about 46 minutes or 43.9 miles away from Disney
