The code didn't work to get into the house and it took awhile to get in touch with someone. There was not a blow dryer at the property - they had to bring a new one the following day. However, once getting in touch with someone, they are responsive. It seems this is all being managed from offshore. There is not a desk or anywhere that is good if you need to work remotely (needed to use the kitchen table). Also, note that this is a carriage house in the back of someone's residence. There are quite a few houses that have dogs and they react (barking) often if you go in/out of the house.
