Beautiful basement apartment with private entrance, private bathroom, kitchen & laundry. Nestled in a small, quiet town near Weber Canyon you will enjoy fabulous views of the mountains and be close enough to indulge in what they have to offer. Very close to I-84, & right off of HWY 89. Easy to get to if you're coming down I-84, and only 8 minutes off I-15. 20 min from Snow Basin Ski Resort, 14 min from Downtown Ogden, & 30 min from Salt Lake City. Smoke/pet free home.PLEASE READ EVERYTHING IN THIS LISTING SO YOU ARE NOT DISAPPOINTED WITH SOMETHING WE HAVE CLEARLY STATED. No, we're not kidding when we say there is noise. We have 5 boys, and 1 girl. As stated below, if you are looking for peaceful and tranquil, our place may not fit your needs. Otherwise, we have a pretty awesome apartment waiting for you. This is a very cute basement apartment. We have worked hard for a long time to provide this space and we look forward to serving you. We paid careful attention to lighting so it wouldn't have a dark basement feel. We used bright sunlight color LEDs in the kitchen/living room and it looks wonderful. The floor is beautiful wood-look tile. Since the house is a log cabin we used rustic wood trim and even built the bathroom cabinet from reclaimed wood. We have provided all the amenities you would want in an apartment. All the standard kitchen equipment is available. It has a washer/dryer in the bathroom. The bed is a sleep number bed. We do have 6 children most of whom are teens, and have done all we can to block out the noise. However, there is still noise that passes into the apartment through the doors and vents . Our place is best suited for those that are passing through and need a place to sleep, those that have work outside of the apartment and will be gone most of the day, those that have activities planned during the day and those that don't mind a bit of noise from our kids. If you are looking for quiet solitude during the day, our place may not be the best option. Thanks! See house rules before booking.Please park in the driveway between the house and the RV trailer. If we have parked in that space, please park in front of the RV trailer. The apartment is in the back of the house, across the yard and down the steps. Kids are welcome to play in the yard and in the play house, but do so at your own risk.We are fun loving people. We love to meet people from all over. We speak English, Spanish, Portugese (Brazilian), Tagalog, and ASL. We'd love to chat if we aren't busy running our kids around or working on some sort of project. We like building things and always have a project going. If you have any issues at all, we are more than happy to make things right. Please feel free to contact us anytime.This is a quiet neighborhood and we hardly ever see our neighbors. There is a city park a half mile away that has a playground, baseball diamond, tennis and basketball courts. We are about 20 min from skiing at Snow Basin, and not much further for other resorts. We are 10 min to Davis Conference Center, 14 min to downtown Ogden, 15 min to Layton. The Neighborhood Walmart and Fresh Market are the nearest grocery stores just a quick drive out to Hwy 89, turn left, and go up the hill.This neighborhood is in a small stretch of land between a river and a mountain. It is best accessed by car. The nearest bus stop is about a mile away on HWY 89.Please note, due to owner's allergies:No pets, drugs, vaping or smoking of any kind is allowed in the apartment or on the premises. Quiet hours are from 11:00pm-7:00am.
