With 3 smart TVs, a pool, ping pong table, several board games and stunning views from our decks, you are about to witness an unforgettable experience that will make you come back/stay longer.
The space
As you walk inside our home, you will witness, in front of you, the amazingly crafted iron rod staircase with one-of-a-kind black steps that pop against the paint.

To the right, as you come in, you will find one of our living rooms. There is a queen size sofa bed, love sit and single person sofa bed with its stool. There is a 65” smart TV, a Wii with some games and an old style Nintendo console with over 600 games.

To the left, you will find out dining area which accommodates about 8 people comfortably in our barn style dining set.

Straight forward you will find our fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.

Right next to the kitchen we have our breakfast area and 3 to 4 bar stools for a quick meal.

To the left of our kitchen you will find our second living room (we call it the white living room). There you will find a 65” smart TV, a fire place, a couch and two accent chairs, an office/work space and a wet bar. Most of the board games are in this room as well as the toys for children.

In the back of the house you will find 2 decks; an upper and a lower deck, which provides you stunning views of part of Harker Heights from the hills of Harker Heights towards Stillhouse lake.

At the bottom of the property in the back you will find our above ground pool ready to be enjoyed.

Our two-car garage is available for you and there are three additional car spaces in our drive way right in front of the garage. Inside the garage you will find a folding crib for a baby, a high chair and a play pen.
Guest access
The house in its entirety is available for all our guests. There is no access to three closets which are labeled and locked, which we use for our supplies. Other than that, the house is yours to enjoy.
Other things to note
We are flexible and try to work things out with potential guests. Ask any questions. However, we are very strict with our rules to make sure our neighbors, our property and the Airbnb community continue in business.

We offer 5% discount for weekly stays (7 days) and 10% discount for monthly stays (30 days). Automatically applied when doing the booking.

When you make your reservation, make sure you report the exact number of guests in your booking, adults and children. We expect the reported number of guests in your booking to come into the property and no more, despite the home capacity which is 12 max. After the 6th guest we charge $10.00 per guest per night. If more people than the number of guests registered in the booking arrive and we were not notified, there is a $20.00 charge per guest per night depending on the amount. The number must not exceed 12 altogether.

No visitors are allowed unless previously approved. If approved by us, they are not to stay in the property after 9 PM. Visitors are bound to the same house rules.

The pool is available for our guests to use and enjoy. The pool is not shared. Only our guests occupying the property have access to it. The pool is open year round. The pool is not heated. The pool is cleaned regularly but wind and trees around the area bring leaves and dust. A net should be available around the pool area.

Please follow the rules and common sense, especially if there are children around. Alcohol, drugs and pool are not a good combination. Enjoy responsibly. At no time, children are to be unattended. There must always be a responsible and alert adult either in the pool or at the farthest on the pool’s deck in case of any emergency. Always keep a phone with you and call 911 when required.

Heavy winds unexpectedly and suddenly pick up in this area. When that happens, stay away from the trees, make sure the electrical awning in the upper deck is rolled back and any items that might easily fly away. If you find the cushions from both decks and pool inside the deck boxes, feel free to use them. Make sure they are tide (those that have the option) down to the chairs. After use, please put them back in the boxes.

There is an electrical outlet in the deck, which is locked. The reason why is because it is managed remotely. It controls the pool pump and the deck hanging lights under a certain schedule. Depending on the season, the deck lights are scheduled to be on from 7 to 11 PM. If for a reason you find them off, please contact us so we can activate them. Quiet time is from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Always warn your children of the danger of playing in the stairs. Please do not allow them. Do not leave any children unattended in the decks. Do not allow to claim as any fall from the deck might be fatal.

There are safety guards in the garage to be used for the stairs, either to avoid children from going up or coming down. Even with them on, do not leave them unattended.

The chimney is propane gas operated. It is only to be handled by adults. Do not leave it unattended. The instructions are in the chimney. Make sure they remain in there.

There is a bike available in the garage for your use. Use it at your own risk.

The ping pong table is extended in the garage, which limits access to one car. If you have to fold it, you may do so and move it to the side to make room. Make sure the safety locks (red) are on to avoid any injuries to unexpected fall of any unsecured wing. This is to be managed by an adult.
