إيجابي: Overall, the house was bright fairly updated. It was the first house on the street so there was nothing but a field on the right side, so it was very quiet. It was a great location with the house right on the beach. Although the mattresses were soft, the beds were very comfortable. I think the price that I paid per night was a good value.

سلبي: The house is advertised as a 2-bedroom home. That makes it sound like it's a single home. But it is a duplex. There are two homes side by side. I would think that it’s very important to mention this to prospective renters. There were a few other issues that plagued our stay: • There was no central heating unit but electric heating units in most rooms. Not a problem but a heater in one of the bedrooms was not working. • Most troublesome was that most of the window screens and door tracks were filthy – especially the door tracks. • Something had exploded in the microwave and it wasn't cleaned! I had to do that. • Similarly, the coffee pot was not put together correctly and the parts were filthy, which again I cleaned. • The sprayer in the kitchen sink was clearly broken. • Many of the glass lamp shades, for example the ones in the kitchen, we're covered with dust. • I don't think the mantle where the TV sits was ever dusted. • the ad highlights a gas fireplace, but I was never able to figure out how to turn it on. • Same thing with the hot tub. The controls seemed to be a bit wacky. • There was filth under some of the chair cushions and under the throw rugs. • You hoped one of the toilets would flush completely.
